Sebastian’s professional journey began with 7 years at the Polish-German Chamber of Commerce, where he advised foreign investors on market entry strategies, business partner search, and M&A transactions. Leveraging his leadership and analytical skills, he supported businesses in navigating complex market landscapes, particularly in Poland and Germany.

Sebastian made a significant impact during his tenure at HPC POLSKA S.A., serving six years as Vice President of EHS&S before assuming the role of sole Chairman and CEO for two years. Under his leadership, the company transformed from a one-person operation in 2016 into an 80-person market leader in geotechnical, hydrogeological, and environmental services. Through a strategic blend of organic growth and M&A, he drove annual revenue to 17 million PLN, solidifying HPC POLSKA’s position as an industry leader. He implemented innovative strategies in financial management, operational efficiency, and environmental consulting, partnering with leading global brands.

Sebastian’s leadership culminated in the creation of SUGROS Consulting, a reflection of his extensive expertise in consulting and corporate management. At SUGROS, which stands for Sustainable Growth Strategies, he spearheaded the development of AI-driven tools to help companies effectively manage ESG data, ensure compliance with EU Green Deal policies, and identify innovative strategies for growth and expansion.
